Evergarden Community
In 2025 we launched the Evergarden Community, our vision for this community grew organically from our private practice encounters. We have a unique vantage point into the pulse of individual and communal needs. Our community is designed to create space to meet these needs and cultivate health and wholeness within our communities. The launch of this community feels poignantly timed, we hope to offer the balm, antidote and medicine, and help you find that within yourself.
Evergarden Community is a community connected to Evergarden Psychotherapy that creates opportunities for community engagement, connection, psycho-education, processing and resources. We offer weekly and monthly sessions, vetted wellness referral list, recommended readings and listenings, continued education courses, community events and workshops. Community members can engage in-person at in-real-life sessions/events, as well as virtually, and through our community portal platform.
If you'd like to join the Evergarden community we offer it via monthly subscriptions. As a subscribed community member you have access to all our weekly and monthly sessions, workshops and events, as well as everything on the community portal on our website. Currently we are offering Morning medicine, Sunrise sessions, and a monthly process group. We plan for; weekly movement group, art making experiences, book discussions, a gardening group in the spring, etc.. Most of these will be hybrid in-person or remote. Our community is global, we have members participating from; Thailand, UK, Holland, and US. Here are descriptions of our current sessions.

Sunrise sessions
The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you.
Don't go back to sleep.
You must ask for what you really want.
Don't go back to sleep.
-Rumi
Our sunrise session we will do a gratitude cultivation and engage in intuitive poetry of finding our first words of the day. Come and give it a try.Our sunrise session will follow the sunrise on eastern standard time, I open the zoom session at 5:45, with weather permitting, camera facing the rising sun please feel free to join and settle in, the session reflection will begin at 6am for 10min.
Midday Movement Take a movement break, this is a somatic movement group intended to support moving emotional energy through your body. Pausing at the midpoint of your day is a great way to reset and refocus. Madison Borden trained in Expressive Arts Therapist at Lesley University where she specialized in movement therapies. In this 30 minute group Madi will invite you to explore a movement sequence created to invite somatic awareness, grounded embodiment and movement of energy. This group is in-person at 17 Walden, as well as virtual via zoom .
Monthly process group It’s been said that change rests on the tip of intention and attention, this means we can change if we can use both of these, we set our intention and then pay attention as we move forward. A process group creates the space for this attention. Our monthly process group is intended to create a space to deep dive into an exploration of a specific theme or topic for insight and awareness, as well as to build community. The process group is an in-person or camera-on group where we will engage in group processes. The session begins with a brief guided reflection, then we engage in our process of listening and learning together. The group is facilitated by Amy Hupe, she will guide and structure it to be a safe and constructive experience.
