Madison Borden Ma in Expressive Arts Therapy and Mental Health counseling from Lesley University.

I am an Expressive Arts Therapist and pre-licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). My approach to psychotherapy integrates holistic healing practices with an emphasis on guiding the individual to a state of self-acceptance and peace. I combine the transformative power of the arts with the strength of the mind-body connection to help grow a relationship with oneself that feels genuine and kind. I work with individuals in areas of depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and grief and loss.

My practice includes expressive arts, person-centered techniques, mindfulness practices, narrative approaches, and ecotherapy. Using a strength-based approach, my practice is inclusive, non-pathologizing, and centered around the client’s overall well-being.

I believe humans have an innate connection to art and nature. My goal is to help you, as the client, foster healing and wholeness by exploring your felt senses, thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we will create a care plan catered to your needs, strengths, and goals. I truly look forward to supporting you in your life journey.
